- press conference at the closure of entries (conference room in Hala TIVOLI, Celovška 25, Ljubljana)

08. maj 2013:
- arrival of participants and their teams to hotel Sport, Kras, Epicenter (Postojna)

- 17h - last press conference, day before the race (Jamski dvorec in Postojna)
- 18h - meeting of organization committee with crew chiefs (Jamski dvorec in Postojna)
- 19h - gala dinner for participants, sponsors, press and organization committee. At the gala dinner will draw a starting numbers. (Jamski dvorec in Postojna)

09. maj 2013;
- 09 - 12 h - technical inspection of bicycles (PTC Primorka), escorting vehicles and crews, last preparations for the race, time for visiting Postojna cave & Predjama castle, interviews with the journalists
- 20h - START - start of the first race participant of RAS Extreme 2013 (Town square Postojna - in front of hotel Kras)

10. maj 2013;
- 00-24h - competition – coverage from the field and press center (Postojna)
- morning - children's cycling in Postojna

- 15 h - Town square: competition in street basketball and chess and children's cycling

Sports park: athletic contest in organizated by Športna zveza Postojna

- evning - live music on town square infront of hotel KRAS

11. maj 2013;

- 08 - 17 h - 1st Extempore "PODOBE SLOVENIJE" organizated by Zavod ARS VIVA and ŠKD NOTRANJC with help from municipality Postojna and Zveza likovnih društev Slovenije

- morning – arrival of 2 person teams to the finish (Postojna)
- afternoon – arrival of the first solo competitor to the finish (Postojna)

12. maj 2013;
- morning – arrival of the competitors to the finish (Postojna)
- 18h – arrival of the last competitor and festive announcement of the best cyclists and granting of the cups and prizes for RAS Extreme 2013 (Postojna)
